Refund Policy

"We're pleased to say that we have never had a Platinum Pass returned.

However, rest assured that your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your unwanted Platinum Pass"! 

 

Before contacting theMagicSnorkel you will need to provide:

• The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed PayPal receipt.
• The products purchased.
• Your full postal mailing address.
• A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.
• Also, physically return the unwanted pass/passes.

Please note that only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered.
